LEGS & FEET

Recovery Protocol

Why every swing starts from the ground up

Walking 18 holes typically covers 4–7 miles over uneven terrain. Even if you ride, your legs and feet spend hours standing, walking, and supporting every swing. Tired legs and feet can make it harder to stay balanced and generate power late in the round.
