   Hey everyone, I’m a Marine Corps Veteran and retired Officer who, during the late 80’s/early 90’s, was blessed to be a part of a special group of Marines that were able to put to use everything we trained for (I’m not sure what will be redacted so I will be careful in specific details).
   Across Asia and parts of Europe were the primary areas of ‘visits’ for doing road surveying and training of localized police and cross-training with military units. Providing security and resource management as well as training locals in self-defense both un-armed and armed. I enjoyed the experiences.
   The physical toll from rappelling out of helos and the ‘grunt-work’ of a normal 85-140 lb pack on my back, through rough and varied terrain was a minor inconvenience of muscle pain that would usually subside with a good couple of hours rest – this would come back to me years later in a couple of different ways that, absolutely was not related to my service in the Marine Corps according to the VA.
   Of course every civilian doctor would immediately question my military branch and relate my musculoskeletal damage to it!
   After the RIF (Reduction In Force) mandated by then President Bush I landed in a couple of different positions/departments/agencies centered in the law enforcement field. From a county to state, my primary goal was stability for a growing family with children.
   I served as a standard badged officer as well as a Firearms Instructor, Fighting Instructor (both H2H and weapons) and Tactical Officer.
   This was merely a continuation of what I had done in the military, and I was comfortable teaching and sharing my skills and experience with mine and other agencies staff who qualified.
   This took its toll on my body, gradually, over the 17 years in tactical and range. Of course, there’d be the muscle aches and pains that you’d expect to have, but they began to take a bit longer to diminish than previously.
   I never had any broken bones in the military: however, the musculoskeletal seeds of damage were there! I thought nothing of it, and definitely was not going to the BAS (Battalion Aid Station) to report my pain – you’d ‘unofficially’ let the Corpsman know what, how and when you hurt yourself and be treated off-the-record so as not to get transferred into a paper-pushing job somewhere.
   I had, and still have, a high pain tolerance that would be beneficial with the broken bones I’d endure as a civilian. From a broken right fibula (that I personally reset in the waiting room much to everyone else’s horror who heard and saw), a broken right tibial plateau (the doctor said she’d never seen anyone who had one that wasn’t screaming in pain, while I walked in with one) and the multiple breaks that ended my ability to ambulate freely without continuous pain from my legs knees and back!
   This accident stemmed from a fall that was no big deal, it was the abrupt stop from the uncontrolled fall, that broke my right thigh – hip and left hand that ended my previously enjoyable life that included competitive paintball – rock climbing (with/without ropes and only for clearing my head after a rough week at work) 4X4’ing/camping in remote regions etc etc.
   My wife called me her own personal adrenaline junkie that was training our kids, the nephews and nieces and all their friends for a life of dangerous adventures!
   Multiple surgeries and procedures to qualify for hundreds, if not thousands of hours (definitely $$$) physical therapy only takes a person so far depending on the actual damage.
   Unfortunately I’ve lots of nerve damage and have gone through several types of TENS units. They helped, for what they were able to do – but this 6-12 system I bought at The Crossroads of the West Gunshow in Phoenix has changed the way that I’m able to move around!
   From the epicenter in my back down to my lower legs, that have been mostly numb for a couple of decades I’m able to get around the house much better than I was able to pre-HiDow without question!
   I’m not fixed, make no mistake, but I’m able to walk to the mailbox now without the majority of pain that I’d have previously!
   I cycle through the settings to keep the power flowing until the pod runs out of juice then clean everything up and can go outside and walk to the mailbox and even hit the big grocery/clothing/hygiene/ammo and pet food store with a much better ability and relief from pain than before getting the 6-12 TENS/EMS Stimulator that any other system, or combination, ever allowed me to do after that last career-ending accident even got close to providing.
   Get this system because the only thing you have to lose is the level of pain you have living in!

   …The Pro Touch 6-12 has literally changed functionality in my life.

   First, I am a 23-year veteran police officer who has suffered through a couple of decades of chronic lower back pain. The pain has increased over that period to the point of experiencing radiating leg pain to my ankles in both legs. The pain made day-to-day functioning difficult. There were days it made my job nearly impossible (we wear up to 25-30 pounds of gear).

   I began to seek any treatment that could increase my quality of life. I started out by getting referred to a physical therapist, then referred to a chiropractor. The chiropractor was effective, but normally the pain returned within a few days. I found relief with deep tissue massage, but the pain quickly returned. I received an MRI and found that I was actually a candidate for spinal fusion surgery. I have two discs that are budged and pinching nerves causing debilitating pain. Due to my younger age, the surgeon felt that even though I met the criteria for the surgery, it would set me up for a lifetime of issues wherein I would need additional fusion surgeries every 8-10 years.

   I was referred to a pain management doctor, and I underwent two years of injections that lessened my pain but never came close to getting rid of it. I continued to use anti-inflammatories on a daily basis to function at my job.

   Through a chance encounter at a conference in Anaheim, CA, in August of 2022, I met an individual who was selling HiDow units at a booth at the conference. The rep let me try one of the units for about 20 minutes. I should mention that while I was at this conference, the pain in my back was at a high level that I had not experienced in a long time. After 20 minutes, I noticed that my level of comfort increased greatly, but I wondered if it was just in my head.

   Just wanting some kind of relief, I went ahead and purchased the Pro Touch 6-12. I used the unit while traveling back to Illinois from California, and I started using it each morning for about 20 minutes. Within weeks, my pain was nearly gone and within a month, I noticed that all of my leg pain was non-existent. From August to December, I took ZERO pain medication and ZERO anti inflammatories.

   I called my doctor, and I have canceled all injections for my lower back, and I have not been back to the doctor for any of these problems since using the HiDow TENS/EMS unit. I have also ordered just about every pad for the unit because it has helped me so much. Three people I know have also ordered units after seeing how it has changed my quality of life! This TENS unit has singlehandedly accomplished what no surgeon, pain management clinic, chiropractor, or over-the-counter medicine could do.

   This is a great unit. I love the touch screen functionality. The icons arent too small where they are hard to read. The ability to have 6 channels active at the same time is amazing. So far I have had 4 channels running at the same time. Amazing!!!recharges are quick.
   Battery life is excellent.
   I have been a HiDow customer since 2017. Loved the 2 wired units I have and now this wireless unit.
   I feel the sensations just as strong – if not a little stronger – than the wired units.
   The freedom of not getting caught up in wires is great!!!
   ***Some pictures show the older model that has the timer. The newer model does not have the timer feature. It will automatically power down after 45 min.
   Input. For future models – if you cant utilize the adjustable timer feature – consider having a display of the remaining time of the 45 minutes are left.

   I have suffered from severe back pain all up and down my spine for over 30 years. Eleven years ago had lumbar surgery which put me back in a wheelchair for about 5 years. Now I have a new job which requires standing and I started to have the pain again. After purchasing and using that same day, in 5 minutes the pain was gone!! This product is the best!! I have freedom to walk and stand without pain!!

   I purchased the HiDow Pro Touch Wireless 6-12 unit and am excited about using it for the very first time. So far, you guys have been awesome. I received my free electrodes I was promised and can’t wait to start using my system. I DO find the videos on your site very helpful as this was how I was able to figure out the proper placement of the electrodes. I will definitely be recommending this product to my friends and family. Great Job!!

   Years ago I had a Dr office use this sort of device for a few hours a week. When I tried it, ( Pro Touch Wireless 6-12)
   I knew this was even better being wireless……. i bought this March 5 2021 …. ive used it over 12 hours each day …while riding my cycle and in the truck comimg home …. 16 hours ….. and the battery lasted with no issues and had the same intensity as if it was just taken off the charger!!! …. this unit is absolutely amazing….. for my broken back and neck …. it works wonders….. only wish ive gotten it sooner!!!!!

   This is my 5th TENS over a period of 15 years. The PRO is absolutely the most outstanding. I love the ease of use and being wireless is wonderful. No more days working with wires hanging out of my top. However, I am one who loves it, uses it a while and then forgets about it. I have had a severe muscle spasm in my back for months. The pain was almost crippling at time getting up and down. I had an xray and a CAT scan to find the problem. Nothing showed. My husband suggested my TENS and I thought “Oh Yea, worth a try” – I wore my unit across about 3 hours, adjusting position a few times – The relief has been unbelievable. Today I have no pain, but a sore of bruise in the spasm area. I am wearing my unit again today just to make sure it stays away. To think I just wasted money on two scans – makes the cost of my unit seem like nothing. I am pleased.

   Been using tens units off and on for over almost 20 yrs. Bought wireless unit over a year ago and updated to wireless unit couple of months ago with pro belt and have been using it daily for over 2 months. Woke up with pain in wrist used the wrist band one day and wow. I work doing a lot of lifting and turning have crooked spine so I do lift correctly but older I get more pain . I enjoy not living on ibuprofen. These units work,and I love the fact I don’t have to deal with replaceable pads all the time. I do use one on shoulders once in awhile .

   I love it!!! Been using it for a year now. We have 4 receivers and pretty much everything imaginable.

   Only issue is, we lost the manual and what we got via email doesn’t match up to the options. I wish I could get a copy of the manual and/or just buy a replacement manual.

    I am a Medical Exercise Specialist and do a lot of hands on training to help people with serious problems and my job just got less painful.
    Long story short…
    …Being skeptical because of using the less expensive Tens units and not getting results, I tried the HiDow Pro 5 months ago at a Jacksonville, FL Senior Convention my wife was working. Luis, the HiDow distributor and Christian, explained why this product was better and was he RIGHT!! Being in a lot of chronic pain from multiple auto accidents, I bit the bullet and purchased the Pro model. Feeling my pains go away daily (which I was told to use it 2x daily which I have and still do) and held at bay, I can enjoy most activities again.
    I called Luis up to see if I could be part of his team to help others with pain feel as good as I do. To date I have helped dozens now get HiDow Tens/EMS units and get updates on their success regularly!

    I purchased the XPDS 18 at a local motorcycle rally this past weekend and have used it everyday since! I used the device on my back and neck before going to bed and was able to sleep all night without the usual aches and pains. I especially love the gloves and the relief it gives me on my hands from all day motorcycle riding. I loved the unit so much that I went back the following day and purchased the wireless unit!!

    I was skeptical at first, I’ve heard of other devices in the past but what really sold me on this was the diversity of having up to 6 users, using 6 different settings at once. Registration was simple. The VIP program also gives me reassurance if anything should happen with my unit. The entire family is glad I got this!!!
