Use & Care
Cooling Relief
Place the wrap inside the provided freezer bag (or your own) and store in the freezer for at least two hours. For best results, keep it stored there so it’s always ready to use. If it feels too cold, allow it to rest at room temperature before applying. Apply only to clean, dry skin.
Heat Therapy
Ensure the wrap is at room temperature before heating. Remove it from any plastic bag. Microwave at 700W for 30 seconds or 20 seconds at higher power. If additional heat is needed, microwave in 5–10 second intervals until comfortably warm. Always test before applying; if it feels too hot, let it cool for a few minutes.
Care & Storage
Wipe gently with a damp cloth when needed. Do not submerge, wash, bleach, dry clean, or iron. Lay flat and air dry if damp. Always store in a sealed freezer bag when not in use to protect the material and prevent odor absorption.
Warnings
Check for leaks or damage before each use. Do not use on open wounds, irritated, or sensitive skin without medical advice. Avoid extended sessions to prevent frostbite or overheating. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If gel contacts skin or eyes, rinse immediately with soap and water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
