    I have some of the developmental packs and the one thing you need to know is, you will need to place these in boiling water then allow to cool in the boiling water, in order to rest.

    I purchased at Denver airport while on a layover – excellent for first use – wanted it for evening use – but got to hotel and it was HARD as A ROCK – had no idea how to get it soft again – had to search and search for instructions – Large Neck pack is hard to boil bc of size – looking forward to boiling it and reusing it tonight!

    I have used other heating pads similar to this before but didn’t like the products.
    I saw these and decided to hive them a try hands Down best ones I have used.
    They stay hot longer and get to the perfect temperature so awesome for sore muscles and also when I go skiing! Keep you incredibly warm!
